In 2015 from the Federal budget and anti-crisis Fund has been allocated about 10 billion roubles for preferential financing of the purchase of agricultural equipment, for 2017 was further allocated 13,7 billion rubles, however, according to experts, the topic of updating of Park of equipment are still at a low level.

According to statistics, currently the agricultural sector is not operated more than 230 thousand 61 thousand tractors and combine harvesters, wear and tear of the Park which has already exceeded 60%. For comparison, the experts give the figures of 1990, when the Russian Federation farms used more than 1.5 million 408 thousand tractors and harvesters.
