The head of the government Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of economic development to analyze the application of the new mechanism of preferential crediting of agriculture. A list of instructions of the Prime Minister was published on Monday, the press service of the Cabinet.

"The Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of economic development of Russia jointly with the highest Executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to undertake an analysis of the existing mechanism of granting subsidies from the Federal budget of the Russian credit organisations on compensation of shortfall of their income on loans issued to agricultural producers", – stated in the message on the website of the Russian government.

The test results must be submitted to the Cabinet until September 1, 2017.

Previously Dmitry Medvedev stated at a government meeting on intent to consider increasing the amount of funds to subsidize loans for the autumn harvest.
