The event is organized by the Russian Guild of bakers and confectioners (Rospik), the Association of bakers and confectioners Moscow region and the Ministry of investments and innovations of Moscow region.

The agenda included the following issues: status and perspectives of bakery products, Moscow region, financial support of entrepreneurship, development of treatment-and-prophylactic bakery production, application of kontrolno-cash technics, the refusal to return unsold bakery products.

The results of the discussions, drafted the Forum's final resolution, which will take into account initiatives and proposals of the participants. Currently, it is already known that the document will be included the following items:

– training by request of the enterprise;

questions for opening bakeries type of open space (open type);

– programme for the promotion of new varieties of bread and bakery products among the population;

– hardware upgrades (program for the endorsement of the bakers for purchase of equipment and mobile kiosks);

– partial compensation of purchases of a patent and reduce prices by 30-40%.

After the event, President Rospik Yuri Katsnelson thanked everyone for their attention and invited to the II world forum on bread baking "Bread is a world"which will take place in Moscow on 8 and 9 June 2017 in pavilion 75 VDNH.
