The plant will produce Pharmacopoeia food and lactose, which are used in pharmaceuticals and in the production of children's and sports nutrition.

Today, such lactose are purchased abroad. Now it will be available in the Stavropol region. According to the Ministry, Russia annually consumes about 18 million tons of imported lactose worth 4 billion rubles.

The cost of the project for the domestic production of lactose amounted to 280 million rubles, of which half are investments from the Federal budget, half – attachments of the plant. Federalnye funds are received by the victory of the import substitution project in the contest of Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation for the state support of investment projects.

Adjustment, lactose production at the plant will be carried out within 3 years. The project was attracted scholars in the field of food industry. Also, a contribution made, employees of the plant, which has recently launches many import-substituting production.

In addition to traditional dairy products, produced according to classical technologies and Standards, the plant produces innovative and functional products, many of which are developed in collaboration with scientists in the food industry.

To date, the ISS produces a wide range of companies, bifidokefir, various desserts (jelly and jelly) on the basis of pectin, milk with prebiotic lactulose, low-lactose milk and dairy biomotorai, low-fat products.

The company has import-substituting production of cheese, including Cheddar "Cheese Russian", "Russian Ricotta", "mozzarella Russian", "Russian Philadelphia".
