Discounts in the "Plato" are irrelevant, because first and foremost the task should be performed to compensate for damage to the road surface, said first Deputy Minister of transport of the Russian Federation Eugene Dietrich.
 

"We understand and must feel that the size of these discounts has to wear is probably not very significant because the damage caused by the trucks, we still need to compensate", — said the representative of the Ministry of transport.

Recall, discounts on "Plato" are developed on the instruction of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
