In March, the first Congress of horse breeders of the country, where it was announced that within five years the Republic will be allocated subsidies for the construction of konobas in the amount of one million rubles on one codebase. This drastic measure was taken for the development of the far horse plots and limits trampling of pastures of cattle around settlements.

In 2017 in the Republic for the construction of 100 units of konobas provided grants in the amount of 100 million rubles.

Since 2007, the country built and reconstructed 435 horse-breeding bases in horse areas. However, the need for the construction of the stud bases are, according to the calculations of the specialists for 764 konobas.

In 2016, the development of the industry and horse breeding in the Republic from the state budget was provided 286,4 ml mln., including from the Republican budget of 128 million rubles, Federal budget – 158,4 million.
