According to the Deputy Director of PhosAgro's sales and marketing Sergey Pronin (are reported), the acquisition of the complex in Bryansk region, which had previously been a transit sale of the Oryol branch, will allow the company to be closer to consumers, more responsive to their needs and, ultimately, to increase the supply of fertilizers.
In addition, the acquisition of warehouse infrastructure in the region, upgrade its equipment and packaging facilities will allow to dampen seasonal fluctuations in prices for mineral fertilizers.
The General Director of "FosAgro" Andrey Guriev said that the group in the near future plans a number of M&A transactions in the framework of the further expansion of the distribution network in the Russian market.
