Group "Rusagro" at the Eastern economic forum on Wednesday signed an agreement on construction in the framework of "Mikhaylovsky" in Primorye livestock complexes with the capacity of 10 thousand heads.
As reported a press-service of administration of Primorye, a cooperation agreement was signed by the Governor of Primorsky Krai Vladimir Miklushevsky, the General Director "Rusagro" Maxim Basov, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Far East development Alexander Krutikov.
The agreement also involves a long-term lease of land for arable land and pastures.
Currently, "Rusagro" is building in the Primorsky territory large agro-industrial cluster including pork production. In the first stage the company plans to replace in the far East market imported pork and pork, which comes from other regions of Russia. In the next phase of the project "Rusagro" plans to start exports, including to China.
Production site Rusagro pork production is located in the Mikhailovsky district of Primorsky Krai on the territory of priority development (tpd) is Mikhaylovskiy. Plans to build pig farms on 65 thousand tons of pork, feed mill with capacity of 300 thousand tons per year and a granary for 60 thousand tons. There are also plans to introduce a slaughter production capacity of 550 thousand heads per year.
Investment in pig-breeding part of the project is 31 billion roubles. Project pork production is realized in the framework of project financing. The creditor is Alfa-Bank.
In addition, in the Primorsky territory "Rusagro" grows soybeans and corn to provide fodder production with own raw materials. Processing of soya is also owned by the group enterprise "Primorskaya soya" (the production of soy oil and meal, mayonnaise, soap). Its capacity is designed to process 150 tons of soybeans per year. By the end of 2016 land Bank "Rusagro" in Primorye has increased to 86 thousand hectares.
