The don respect and love bread, and can bake. The Ministry of agriculture of the Rostov region decided to test the skills of the bakers of the region, organizing a tasting of bread and flour products. From all area bakers 9 companies brought about 80 kinds of bakery products. Highest rating earned products of bakery plant "Yug Rusi". Among the gold medallists were the most running grades of bread, without which no cost, no trip to the store – wheat bread of first and highest grade and sliced loaves. "Gold" and "silver" gathered and sweetness, as if specially designed for a friendly tea: cheesecake with curd and raspberry fillings, puff pastry with Apple filling, pastry and shortcrust pies with cherry filling, buns with poppy seeds.

This is not the first award that receives bread from the "South of Russia", but the time does not invalidate them: the growth of the don economy from year to year competition with other manufacturers is intensifying. Meet high standards requires constant and systematic work on quality.
