The national Union of agricultural insurers took part in the awarding of journalists who participated in the contest dedicated to the main agricultural exhibition of the country at ENEA. As noted Roots of Beidou, NSA plans to make such awards tradition.

"Outreach work with farmers in the region - one of the activities of NSA, noted the Roots of Beidou, to all the participants of the ceremony. – Farmers were confident in the future and your financial well being, in spite of all those natural disasters that may occur. And it is very important that the agricultural topic, the topic of agricultural insurance with state support is regularly discussed on the pages of Newspapers and magazines. Journalists can objectively and regularly cover the topic, bringing to the villagers the possibility of crop insurance and thereby increasing their financial literacy."

The organizer of the national competition outreach projects on rural issues was organized by the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation. This year's competition featured 5329 journalistic work of the 81 Russian region.

"It is no coincidence today its award of NSA gives the journalists of the South of Russia, - said the Roots of biggov. Is the breadbasket of the country and the territory, however, susceptible to various natural disasters. Here the agricultural business associated with a "heavy" high risk and regular, sometimes devastating losses. Therefore, it is especially important to have state support in agricultural insurance. And it's also important to convey the necessary information to the farmers", - stressed Roots of biggov.

From 1 January 2016 at the market of agricultural insurance with state support is a single national Association, the national Union of agricultural insurers. Insurance companies, who are members of the NSA, from 1 January 2016 are not eligible to enter into contracts of insurance with state support. The creation of a centralized system of agricultural insurance in the Russian Federation is provided by Federal law 22.12.2014 No. 424-FZ on amendments to the Law "On state support in agricultural insurance..." №260-FZ.
