In 2015-2016, the manufacture of machinery and equipment for food industry in Russia showed stable growth – from 4 to 6%.

For the first 10 months of this year, the largest increase has demonstrated the following segments: a 52% increase in the volume of production of equipment for the sugar industry, 22% - equipment for processing meat or poultry, 15% increase in the volume of production of equipment for treatment and processing of milk.

The experts of the Association "Rosspetsmash" I believe that the positive trend in the sector due to the existing measures of state support along with improving product quality.

In 2017, the 9 companies have already received grants of 64,9 million rubles in the framework of the compensation program of discounts on products food engineering, Government decision No. 547. The process of concluding agreements with producers continues.

Among the measures to support the industry are also subsidizing part of the cost of production and selling pilot batches of products, carrying out research and development work, on the payment of interest on loans for the implementation of complex investment projects, preferential debt financing at a rate of 5% per annum of the Fund industry development, the complex of measures to support export activities.

So, in the current year JSC "Unity" has received a grant for a pilot batch of manipulators for loading racks, designed and developed with state support in the framework of the R & d subsidy issue vacuum tile mixers and batch freezer units.

Also in 2017, LLC "ZMS-technology" received a grant for compensation of interest on the loan during the implementation of the investment project on creation of production capacities of the plant for the production of equipment for livestock.

In the amount of 11 million rubles funded by the organization of the joint Russian exposition at the International exhibition "Interpack 2017" held in Dusseldorf. More than 37 million roubles will be allocated for compensation of 46 companies expenses as a result of participation in the exhibition "Agroprodmash 2017". Also, when the state was organized by Russian exhibition of the national manufacturers of food processing equipment at the International exhibition "Gulfood Manufacturing" in the UAE.

It is expected that due to the comprehensive support of the state by the end of 2017 the volume produced in Russia of engineering products for the food processing industry will increase by 25% in relation to the results of 2016 and will reach 15.75 billion rubles.
