The company "Miratorg" is the largest employer in the agricultural sector – the vertically integrated holding employs more than 30 thousand people. The group is actively growing, evolving, and new jobs require new trained professionals. The labour market is not keeping pace with the growth of the holding. To find the required number of trained personnel in the regions is almost impossible. Therefore, in 2015, the company had made the decision to launch the scholarship program that is part of the strategy in addressing issues of personnel policy. The agricultural holding is ready to not only recruit experienced professionals but also to create the conditions for learning at the enterprise of young people - students of agrarian Universities in Russia.

For the duration of the scholarship program for scholarships for future employees of the company "Miratorg" has invested more than 3.5 million rubles. The competition was attended by students from more than 15 leading agricultural Universities in the country, 220 students were enrolled, 84 of them became scholars of "Miratorg". Winners, passed all the stages of the competitive selection, receive a stipend in the amount of 3 500 rubles per month until the end of study in the school. 35 students already working in the company "Miratorg" in their field. Scholarship recipients who attend will also be guaranteed to are employed in one of the enterprises of the holding. All the fellows "Miratorg" are practices on individual programs of study under the guidance of mentors from among the best specialists of production. During the probationary period, students are issued in the company, receive a wage, provided with housing, clothing, food production and delivery corporate transport.
