ABH Miratorg is the largest employer in the agricultural sector. The company currently employs more than 30 thousand people. The program "the doubling of the pig breeding division", implemented by the agricultural holding, will allow to 2023 to create an additional approximately 9,000 jobs. Some of which were Executive positions. Found in regions a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists in the replacement of these vacancies is difficult. Therefore, the company "Miratorg" has started its own project on preparation of a personnel reserve.

The pilot program "Young specialist" launched in August of 2016 in the Belgorod and Kursk regions. The purpose of its implementation was the development of promising employees of the company to promptly filling positions mid-level management and hands-on training and preparation for work in the agricultural holding of graduates of agricultural Universities. The graduates were selected from among trained for targeted programs participants "Scholarship program", students and well-established in the period of practical training and internships, as well as young people who have completed training and successfully passed the interview with experts of the company. For the period of participation in the program they are officially employed in the company in accordance with their major, receive a salary of 26 000 RUB, provided with housing, clothing, food production and delivery corporate transport.

Young professionals are trained by the best mentors from among the managers of production on individual development plans. The program priorities are: veterinary medicine, genetics, animal. Duration of participation in the program "Young specialist" is from 3 to 12 months depending on the complexity and responsibility of the position and level of training.

For one and a half years of the program, it was attended by 35 people, 18 of whom are veterinary surgeons and heads of the production sites of the holding. Other on completion of training will also be translated into senior positions in selected specialties.
