The Federal service for the 2017 1330 rejected batches of baked goods totaling more than six thousand pounds, according to a statement on the website of the Ministry.

"The main reasons for the rejection of bread and bakery products were the unsatisfactory results of the organoleptic and microbiological studies, including the presence of "potato disease" of bread, high humidity, soggy crumb and the other", - stated in the message.

In 2017, has been studied more than 75 thousand samples of bakery products by sanitary-chemical, microbiological and physico-chemical indicators. Proportion of samples of bread and bakery products that do not meet the standards for concentrations of contaminants of chemical nature, amounted to 0.14%. The proportion of samples not meeting hygienic standards, amounted to 2.2%. For physico-chemical indicators of the quality of the products did not meet regulatory requirements for 2.3% of the studied samples.
