An entrepreneur and a trout farmer from Karelia Nikolay Fedorenko has invested 50 million rubles in the Republic of a plant for processing of fish waste into fish oil and meal. Production will start in June, said the entrepreneur TASS on Monday.
"In June I will start a modern factory, where will be produced in medical, veterinary and technical fish oil and fish meal. The production spent about 50 million rubles of its own funds," - said Fedorenko.
According to him, the fat can be used, in particular, for the production of vitamins and feed.
Capacity: - 1 ton of fish waste per hour, the enterprise area is 550 sq. m Equipment purchased in Germany and has been delivered to Karelia, says the businessman.
"This will be the first enterprise for processing of fish waste and the production of fish oil and flour in Karelia," - said TASS in the Ministry of agriculture, fish and hunting economy of Karelia.
