A law that gives CPS the right to carry out test purchases of goods and services to analyze their quality, the state Duma adopted in the third final reading, the correspondent of IA REGNUM on 3 April.

In the process of checking the quality of goods and services to consumers, the CPS will be able to conduct test purchases from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Therefore, the Supervisory authority will check whether their products are safe for the health of citizens.

Under the new rules, the Agency is allowed to conduct inspections simultaneously with the notice of the Prosecutor's office. The basis for the organization of test purchasing may even become a violation of the rules labeling. However, the purchase will be unplanned.

The new rules will strengthen controls protecting the rights of consumers, according to the government. Detailed rules of how it should be carried out test purchase, will give the government of the Russian Federation.
