20 APR 2018 in the CDE (center for continuing education) Kotelnich hosted the exhibition "Junior technician". The goals and objectives of the exhibition:

• stimulation of development of technical creativity
• identifying the creative potential of youth, to further help its development
• advances in the field of technical creativity

Among the participants were students of pre-secondary schools, students, boarding school, NPO, SPO, as well the adult population of Kotelnich.

The head of the jury was addressed by the CEO of the company "Kirovogradolia" Mastrukov Mikhail.

The authors of best works were awarded with diplomas, all those who took part received certificates of participation.
