According to the law on the Federal budget for 2018 and the planned period of 2019-2020, this year on the state program of development of agriculture will allocate 241,986 billion in 2019 — 242,434 billion rubles in 2020 — 242,448 billion.

Of the draft amendments to the budget that in 2018, the funding of the state program of agriculture could be reduced by 3,249 billion rubles, or 1.3%.

Basically the changes will affect the financing departmental project to encourage investment in the agricultural sector — it can decline to 3,222 billion, up 98,78 billion. In particular, funding to support investment lending may be reduced by 5,222 billion rubles to 47 billion.

The volume of subsidies allocated from the budget for compensation of interest rates on investment loans in the agricultural sector, may be reduced by 31,738 billion rubles — up to 20,486 billion. At the same time 26,515 billion rubles will be allocated for "other intergovernmental transfers for the reimbursement of part of expenses for payment of percent on investment credits (loans) in the agricultural sector".

An additional 2 billion rubles can be directed to subsidies to the companies to cover part of the direct costs of creating and modernization of agriculture. Now it is provided 100 million roubles.
