The debt of the Concern "tractor factories" (KTZ) before EBV estimated by market value, GTC and its debt will be transferred to the state Corporation "rostec". This was announced by the head of Vnesheconombank Igor Shuvalov to journalists following the meeting of the Supervisory Board, which discussed, including issues of termination of participation in non-core assets.

"Today [August 9] made a key decision. KTZ's debt to Vnesheconombank valued at market. Thus, legally, you receive a discount, and the corresponding value of the debt total is transferred to Rostec" he said.

Shuvalov noted that in the future the Corporation will determine the private investor on the civil assets of the GTC, and a military unit involved in defence contracts, to manage itself.

Concern "tractor plants", said Shuvalov, will continue to develop as two entities with the responsibility of two entities: the state Corporation and a private investor.

"People will be reassured, there will be more opportunities for jobs. Financial health of the whole group will occur. All debts will be restructured. This is a good example of how it could after the cleaning work of such a complex asset," - said Shuvalov.
