"The meeting recommended the revision of minimum prices for brandy and cognac and to introduce minimum prices for wine products," said Shapkin. "Therefore, taking into account the minimum profitability of the manufacturer and retail mark-UPS, price on the shelf 0,5-liter bottles of brandy shall not be less than 500 rubles," said Shapkin. In turn, the cost of production of grape and fruit wines may not be less than 100 rubles for 1 liter, and the minimum price of a 0.7-liter bottle of this wine on the shelf should be at least 110 rubles.

Finally, the minimum cost of production of sparkling wine bottle of 0.75 liters is, according to experts, 150 rubles. "Therefore, the store may not be sparkling wines cheaper than 175 rubles per 0.75 litre bottle" — concluded the head NSZPP.
