From the berries of red currant juice is pressed. The juice evaporated in a vacuum at temperatures up to 45 C. Vacuum evaporation minimizes the loss of biologically active substances and allows to obtain a paste-like concentrate with a high biological value.
Composition – concentrated red currant juice 100%.
The concentrate is rich in vitamins of group b, C, d, E, beta-carotene, minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, iron, copper, sulfur, manganese, iodine, zinc), coumarin, pectin, organic acids, fructose.
A positive effect on the cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract; promotes the prevention of thrombosis, stroke and heart attacks; lowers blood pressure; increases hemoglobin and immunity; has anti-oxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory action.
The concentrate is ready for immediate use, can be used as biologically active additives to improve the consumer properties of food products.
