Concentrate – the result of the evaporation of the juice in vacuum at temperatures up to 45○C.
Composition: flower honey – 90%; pumpkin seed concentrate 10%.
The concentrate obtained by evaporation of directly squeezed juice under vacuum at a temperature of 45 ░ C and surpasses sublimated juice. Ready for direct use in food, can be used to enhance biological value and organoleptic characteristics of food products.
Pumpkin concentrate includes beta-carotene; b vitamins, E, C, PP, K, T; minerals (Fluoride, Manganese, Copper, Iodine, Zinc, Iron, Sulfur, Chlorine, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium); malic acid; proteins; pectin.
Beta-carotene, vitamins E and C have antioxidant effect. Carotene is a natural antibiotic, has a positive effect on vision, prevents cancer.
B vitamins calm the nervous system, improve sleep, stimulate attention and memory.
Vitamin K improves blood clotting.
Vitamin T improves digestion and prevents obesity.
Copper, phosphorus and iron normalize the process of hematopoiesis.
