By the end of 2015 the Russian agricultural Bank has achieved the targets on several key areas of its activities. So the credit portfolio of the Bank increased to 256,8 billion (17.8%) and amounted to 1.7 trillion rubles. Including the portfolio of credits to legal entities increased by 20.6% to 1.4 trillion roubles, physical persons – by 5.7%, to 292,5 billion. Last year Rosselkhozbank has made a significant contribution to strengthening and development of agro-industrial complex of Russia. Compared with 2014 the volume of loans issued to this segment increased by the Bank by 41% and amounted to $ 641 billion. Credit portfolio into the AIC reached 1.1 trillion rubles. As noted by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Rosselkhozbank", the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev during the extended Board meeting in December 2015, the Bank's market share in agricultural lending reached 60% (in 2014 the figure was 44%). One of the key areas of activity – financing of seasonal work, the Bank has provided the increase in 28%, allocating more than 189 billion. Credit policy of the Bank allowed farmers to successfully carry out sowing and harvesting campaigns and obtain a yield exceeding the internal needs of the country. The growth of domestic production of agro-enterprises will not only provide accelerated import substitution of food, but also will increase volumes of deliveries abroad, strengthening the position of Russian agricultural products on world markets. Despite entered against the Bank sanctions and restrictions on access to long-term funding, the Bank significantly increased the volumes of crediting of investment projects in agriculture. For the construction, reconstruction and modernization of agricultural facilities in 2015, the Bank has provided more than 41 billion roubles that on 30% more than in 2014. With the support of Rosselkhozbank have implemented 67 investment projects, including 32 in the field of animal husbandry with a total capacity of 72 thousand tons of meat and poultry, 76 thousand tons of milk, 46 million eggs. Underway there are about 600 projects in areas such as agriculture, poultry and livestock, the construction of modern greenhouses, fish farms, enterprises for deep processing of agricultural products. The activities of the agricultural Bank to support the sector contributed to the achievement of significant results in domestic agriculture by December 1, 2015, the index of agricultural production was 102.9%. So, for example, during the period, the gross amount of meat production reached 11.8 million tons, up 5%, or 560 tons, more than in the same period in 2014.
