Working principle: The material intended for crushing is absorbed by the ejector from the storage pile, bin or trailer, and is sent to a flexible suction pipe to the separator with a magnet, for separation of metallic impurities, and a compartment for the removal of mineral impurities, then into the crushing chamber. In the chamber the grain is crushed under the action of the hammers installed on the rotor. The ground material after passing through the sieve is thrown under the action of the rotor in a settling chamber, then the product gets into the fan chamber, then through the outlet and a flexible pressure pipe is transported to the storage bunker or mixer. The package of jaw crusher includes suction hose (10m) with the eductor; discharge hose (3.5 m); the starter PML with 5m cable spare parts: replaceable sieves - 3pc, set of hammers-1pc.
