From January to September, 2013 Russian companies totally exported 761,245 thousand tons of
sunflower meal, 85,085 thousand tons of sunflower cake, 17,950 thousand tons of
sunflower pod, 122,057 thousand tons of rapeseed meal and 89,051 thousand tons
of soy meal.
The market share of Yug Rusi for the last month decreased by 2% to 32%, but totally per annum
the company remains a leader on export of Russian meal and cake.
Among Russian companies engaged in export of sunflower pod from January till September, 2013, the leading position is taken by Chishminskoye OOO, whose market share makes 51%. Bunge CIS
has a share of 49% of the export market. Novokhopersky vegetable oils plant exported
less than 1% of sunflower pod.
