Kraft Heinz to invest $100 million to expand manufacturing facility in Minnesota, which is processed cheese product for the Kraft Deli Deluxe and other products such as Handi Snacks. The production company will also return to the production of retail products Velveeta after the transfer of this line to the production plant in Illinois in 2012, which led to significant job cuts.

The expansion, expected to add approximately 50 jobs and will save about 90 others that would be reduced due to the loss of a major contract for Kraft Heinz. Currently, the manufacturing plant has approximately 400 employees.

Kraft Heinz announced other investments in the expansion of $17 million in production company Grey Poupon in Michigan. In a production enterprise will add about 50 jobs with the expansion.

These extensions are included in the 3G plan on the combined Kraft Heinz. The company announced the closure of seven North American factories, where job cuts totaled 2600. But Kraft Heinz still needs to find areas for growth to appease shareholders.

With the money saved from the closure of those production companies (after Heinz Kraft will repay the costs), these one-time investments in expansion of production enterprises can offer significant income.

Extensions also offer ideas for brands that will continue to serve on the Kraft Heinz, as speculation intensified about what brands the combined company will be disposed of after the merger. Any future expansion of the production enterprises can provide additional understanding of the future Kraft Heinz and her final portfolio of brands.

These ads also allow manufacturers or investment firms to see which brands they will have the opportunity to, when Kraft Heinz decide to sell them.
