According to the Ministry in 2016, the volume of the harvest of winter rape will amount to 5.1 million tons, which is 3.7% lower than last year and 2% below the five-year average values.
This year, excessive moisture led to a sharp increase in the number of insects, fungi and diseases, especially in the North-Eastern part of the country.
