Governor of Tambov region Alexander Nikitin signed a cooperation agreement with the President of the Russian grain Union (RGU) Arkady Zlochevsky. On this March 22, reported the press service of the regional government.

The document envisages creation of conditions for development of regional agricultural sector and the grain market, the development of organizational and economic and market mechanisms for the development and increase of efficiency of activity of the Tambov farmers – that is the goal of the signed agreement. And the head of the region Alexander Nikitin, the President of the Russian grain Union Arkady Zlochevsky emphasized the importance of the agreement for both parties.

As said Alexander Nikitin, in the agricultural sector of the region in recent time many young people that have a lot of interesting ideas. Therefore, a new starting point of cooperation of the Tambov region and rzs will not declarative – will start the real work, real partnership.

The Governor also said that in the near future will establish a regional grain Union, which will help to synchronize approaches, to make them uniform.

"Cooperation with the Russian grain Union will help the regional authorities of the Tambov farmers to position their projects on the Federal level, will contribute to the improvement of the investment climate in the Tambov region", - said the Governor.

In turn, Arkady Zlochevsky called Tambov oblast one of the flagships of the Russian agricultural sector has tremendous potential. The Russian grain Union, it is important to be in constant communication with the regions, to obtain an objective assessment of the regulation and functioning of the grain market.

The agreement envisages cooperation in the implementation of the state Program of development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets, raw materials and food for 2013 – 2020. This includes the interaction of the parties in matters of finding potential investors, conducting independent expertise of investment projects and loan applications, entering the bodies of Executive power of Tambov region. In addition, the planned technological expertise of normative legal acts, state programs, investment projects, taking into account the directions of development of scientific-technical policy in the agricultural sector.

During the visit to the Tambov region the President of the Russian grain Union Arkady Zlochevsky familiar with the work of a number of agricultural enterprises in the region. In particular, will visit JSC "October", Elevator, ZAO "Biotechnologii", "Saborowski bakery".
