Informed experts "Sovekon" reported that the harvest forecast 2017 will have to be reduced, "based on current state data of winter and probabilistic forecasts of temperature and precipitation in spring and summer".

At the same time, according to the Director "Sovekon" Andrei Sizov, an updated forecast will be released in mid-April.
