As noted by the MARS analysts, warm weather conditions in early winter, observed in almost all of Central, southern and Western Europe, caused concerns that the crops may not be sufficiently hardened before the onset of a cold. However, the currently observed decrease in air temperatures in virtually all of Europe, can only lead to a minor loss of crops in some Central and South-Western regions of Russia and Turkey.

In the long term, experts predict high temperatures in most parts of Europe in February-March this year with high rainfall in Central, Eastern and Northern regions.
