- Experts of FAO predict that within the next 10 years growth rate in agro-industrial complex in BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) will make 1,5% against 3% in the last decade.
- Considerable decrease is expected in the least developed countries of the world.
- In OECD, which is often called "club of rich countries", the situation practically won't change.
- China, according to experts, in the next decade will continue to provide itself with main products, though the country will import more grain, oils and meat.
