Deutsche Bank filed 13 lawsuits 17.5 billion rubles in the Arbitration court of the Rostov region to the companies belonging to the agricultural holding Mark (formerly of Valars Group), informs "Interfax" referring to materials of the court.

"Claims have not yet been adopted by the court to production, it judges have 5 days. Currently known only to the amount of the claim", - have informed in the press service of the Arbitration court of the Rostov region.

The basic owner of holding Mark Kirill Podolsky not commented on the situation.

Defendants in lawsuits are included in holding companies located in the Rostov region, as well as control of their structure - "Valinor-Management" and "Valars agro".

Deutsche Bank has also filed a claim 2 to the agricultural enterprise "Soviet Union" and food companies "don", located in the Stavropol territory, and also included in the Mark.

Mark is an international agricultural company, which includes agricultural and trading divisions. Land Bank group includes 358 thousand hectares of land, including on the territory of Russia (235 thousand ha) and Ukraine (123 thousand hectares). The group produces cereals (wheat, barley and corn), oilseeds (sunflower, rape) crops and sugar beet.

In addition to production base Mark owned inventory assets total capacity of 972 thousand tons, including storage of agricultural type, three elevators in Russia and four in Ukraine, as well as a modern fleet of agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles.

The structure of business of the holding's Mark consists of agro-industrial company Mark and trading companies of Valars.
