The government of the Kurgan region proposed to mitigate credit schemes for farmers during the harvest. In the region due to bad weather threshed only a fifth of grain and leguminous crops. This is three times less than last year and finish cleaning before the end of October-beginning of November, announced today the regional Department of agriculture and processing industry Sergey Zhdanov.

"Cleaning is in difficult climatic conditions. The slow maturation of the loaves and the rains do not allow us to go for maximum performance. Therefore we ask you not to put pressure on farmers and mitigate credit schemes for them for the harvest", - said Zhdanov.

Kurgan, the authorities asked creditors of agriculture to lay their claims before the end of the harvest, to give farmers the opportunity to harvest, it is profitable to sell it and pay off the debts. "Request to all Supervisory law enforcement structures: understand that the law must be obeyed, but let's all work together to help ensure that the harvest to collect in full. Already half a million tons of grain has been threshed, but a lot of bread is still in the fields", - said Governor-elect Alexey Kokorin.

This year in the Kurgan region will gather more than 1.6 million tons of grain, 340 thousand tons of potatoes, 180 thousand tons of vegetables, 50 thousand tons of oilseeds. About the same plan for the harvesting was last year.

"Today removed 23.5 percent of grain. If you compare with last year, on this date was 76 percent. At the moment harvested 473 thousand tons of grain, yield 17.6 kilograms per hectare". said Zhdanov.
