Buryatia is implementing 15 projects in the framework of import substitution
The government of Buryatia plans to support large agricultural enterprises engaged in production of meat, dairy products, chicken eggs.

Buryatia has developed a regional program of import substitution. It is designed to 2020 and contains more than 10 projects in different directions, said Wednesday in the Republican government.

"The program envisages the implementation of at least 15 major projects. They are primarily aimed at increasing self-sufficiency of the Republic of agricultural products, the share of imports which now ranges from 20-37%. To replace imported goods will be in engineering: the production of components for the Ulan-Ude aviation plant can take Ulan-Ude instrument Association", - told the press service.

According to the plan, the government of Buryatia plans to support large agricultural enterprises engaged in production of meat, dairy products, chicken eggs.

"There are proposals to build a greenhouse complex with an area of 10 hectares in the village Ilka zaigraevskoe district. The plan also includes projects for manufacture of fish products and potatoes, added in the government. - Currently in Buryatia, the share of imported to the market of the Republic of vegetables and root crops is 37%, meat for industrial processing - 20%".

Meat production program importazione Buryatia plans to increase to 33 thousand tons to 72 thousand tons by 2020. The production of eggs from 70 million to 83 million units per year. In the production of milk will be increased, according to the task, 10 thousand tons per year.
