"We see rising food prices. And it's nice that at these fairs like this, the buyer can buy high quality products without any intermediary cheaper than in stores", - he said.

The monitoring of prices of agricultural and industrial producers, conducted by the Ministry showed a seasonal increase in prices of vegetables. The potatoes went up by 23%, carrots - 79, cabbage - 83, bow - 41.5. Have not changed the prices for beef, raw milk, wheat and barley. A bit cheaper, only pork and chicken meat.

The fair presents products of farmers and farms Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan and Volgograd oblasts, Altai, Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, as well as Kazakhstan. Local farmers brought brand dumplings, beekeepers are dozens of types of honey, a wide selection of meat, dairy, vegetable, bakery, meat and fish products.
