"Very often said that Russia is feeding the Caucasus. With projects such as this, we will feed Russia ecologically high quality products that will be produced in the Caucasian land," - said Kuznetsov.

He stressed that, despite the shortage of arable land, "in the Caucasus is produced per hectare of products to more than 100 thousand rubles, while in the country - about 40 thousand rubles".

In turn, the head of the CBD Yuri Kokov noted that the opening of the complex is a significant event not only for the Republic but to the South of the country.

"Such systems allow to develop the region and the country. In addition, it will provide jobs, it is also an incentive for small farmers and family link", - he said.

The complex is built in one year and involves the whole cycle of production, storage, processing, packaging and implementation of fresh vegetables with a total mass of 75 thousand tons annually. The initiator and investor of the project, which is implemented in the village Forest prokhladnenskogo district CBD is JSC "Cool". The company has 2 527 thousand hectares of agricultural land. Intensive technologies of growing vegetables on an area of 1 180 thousand ha. Also created a vegetable store with a storage volume 52 56 thousand tons, with an area of 42 thousand square meters.

The total project cost is RUR 3.5 bn in 2014 he provided state support in the amount of 217 million rubles.

While the company operates in the test mode: it employs 156 people. When running at full capacity in the production process is expected to employ 200 people, and in the season - up to 400.

According to Minkowksi, in the agricultural sector of the North Caucasus are implemented 39 priority investment projects, including JSC "Cool", many of them aimed at solving problems of import substitution. Only in 2015 was launched and planned by the office to launch seven projects in the field of agriculture.
