In the first half of 2015 in Krasnoyarsk region recorded a decline in production of poultry meat and beef. As reported by the Krasnoyarsk state statistics Committee, from January to June, the production of livestock and poultry for slaughter was 65.6 thousand tonnes, which is 93.7% of the volume produced in the same period of 2014.

The production of cattle decreased by 8.6 %, poultry – by 25.8 %, with the greatest impact on the decline in production of livestock and poultry activities provided agricultural organizations (12.4 % less compared to the same period of 2014).

The production of pork for slaughter in the first half of all farms increased by 4.3 %. Also increased the volume of milk produced, which was 102,8% compared with the period January to June 2014. Egg production in farms of all categories increased by 8.1 %.

In June 2015, compared with may of 2015 decreased average selling prices. The average selling price of beef amounted to 178,9 rubles per kilogram (in may 2015 – 181,9 rubles per kilogram), birds – $ 100 (may – 110), milk – 20.5 ruble (may – 20,9), chicken eggs – 26.4 ruble per dozen (may – 30.7 ruble).
