In Ingushetia in the Malgobek district opened the first milk processing plant in the region, says the press service of the administration of the Republic.
The company "Milk Ingushetia" was created on the meat and dairy complex "Shopsense". The plant capacity will be only 24 tons/day. It will work for 10 people. The range is still small – pasteurized milk, kefir, fermented baked milk and curd. In the future I plan to expand the product line, starting production of yogurt and sour cream.
Creation of production at a cost of 60 million rubles, reported the press service of production is referred to as a high-tech, however, details about the equipment of the plant were not disclosed. Spring in "Shopsense" brought about 290 cows hostingservices breed from Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Udmurtia.
