This issue was discussed at a working meeting the head of JSC "Rosagroleasing" Valery Nazarov and General Director of JSC "Agrofirma Mtsensk" by Nikolai Burr.

The collaboration took place thanks to the meeting of the Governor of Orel region Vadim Patomskogo and Director of JSC "Rosagroleasing" Valery Nazarov, after which was signed the cooperation agreement.

"Agrofirm Mtsensky" is one of the largest agricultural enterprises of the Oryol region, engaged in breeding cattle, production of grain, milk and feed.

As noted by Nicholas Burr, in connection with the planned expansion of our capabilities, we have a need in modernization of capacities for grain storage. In particular, the planned construction of grain storage facilities, the design capacity will amount to 37 thousand tons, and the acquisition of equipment for the Elevator on the conditions of the Federal lease.

According to Nicholas Burr, the mechanism offered by JSC "Rosagroleasing", is one of the most effective directions of state support in the sphere of technical re-equipment of agriculture.

Angarian are provided with preferential terms, including, for the purchase of technological equipment. Minimum down payment is 7%. Lease payments include insurance costs of the equipment and its delivery to the client.

Valery Nazarov also has informed that the company conducts systematic work with local engineers to provide additional discounts, allowing growers to purchase machinery and equipment on favorable terms.

General Director of JSC "Agrofirm Mtsensky" said the farm plans in 2016 to start cooperation with Rosagroleasing for the construction of granaries.
