The farm of Peter Krassova (a leading manufacturer of Buffalo meat in the Astrakhan region) plans to launch in 2016 the production of Buffalo milk and cheese from it.

"We plan next year to produce about 11-12 tons of water Buffalo milk. It is considered medicinal because of its high fat content and large amount of nutrients. It will also establish cheese production", - reported "Interfax" P. Krasnov, zatrudnilisj to name approximate volume of cheese production.

According to him, now his farm contains 38 goals the Caucasian Buffalo breed, on the basis of the herd is planned to create a tribal center.
