In the framework of the project, China will provide Africa 60 billion US dollars, including in the form of interest-free loans and loans with favorable credit conditions. The project is scheduled for the next three years.

In order to help Africa to accelerate the modernization of agriculture, China will carry out projects for the development of agriculture in 100 African villages to raise the living standards of the rural regions, according to the Chinese Xinhua IA.

China will also send to Africa 30 teams of agricultural experts and develop a cooperation mechanism between Chinese and African agricultural research institutions.
