Thanks to the support of the government of Adygea, the number of employed prisoners has increased almost twice. They mostly work at the enterprises of the agricultural sector, reported in a press-service UFSIN of the Russian Federation on RA.

For example, convicted KP-3 last year dropped more than 42 thousand Apple seedlings, and this year to 62 thousand seedlings. In addition, the colony on request of the enterprise produces containers for fruit.

In KP-4 convicts employed in seasonal work on the farms, specializing in growing strawberries. Currently, 15 people work in the nursery on the sort of elite varieties of seedlings. The company's products enjoy a stable demand on the market. It is planned to procure about 1 million roots of strawberries.
