The Ministry of agriculture is discussing the structural transformation of the United grain company (UGC), which on behalf of the state carries out grain interventions, the newspaper "Kommersant".

The Ministry proposes to transfer its structures the functions of a state agent to secure state grain reserves, and then to privatize the United grain company. At the disposal of "Kommersant" was addressed to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich the letter where the Ministry of agriculture has expressed its position on the privatization of the United grain company (50% plus 1 share – Rosimushchestva, the rest of the package – the Summa group of Ziyavudin Magomedov).

Sale of state-owned UGC is planned for 2014-2016, according to a document, but at the end of 2015, it's about the privatization of the UGC was not, she was not in the plans of the Agency for 2015, approved at the beginning of the year. Now this question may be raised again only in February 2016, said "Kommersant" in the government.

According to the approved last summer the long-term programme UGC 2015-2020 for the implementation of investment projects of the company will be required about 13 billion rubles, the Ministry of agriculture, as follows from his letter, "in General has no objection to the increase of the authorized capital of UGC by attracting Russian investors, which will create major national grain operator". But at carrying out of additional issue the task for the state's share in the authorized capital of the company decreases below a controlling stake, officials indicate.
