This was stated by Executive Director of the Association of nettrader Kyrgyzstan Ulan Kulov.

The agreement will be valid from February to may 2016. According to kulova, the Association and the Ministry of agriculture of Kyrgyzstan signed a General agreement. At the time of spring field works 41,3 thousand tons of diesel fuel and 10.4 thousand tons of gasoline A-80 sell to farmers at reduced prices.
