Its revenue for 2013 is 19.3 billion rubles. Informed the shareholders of "Agro" means the elder brother of Mr. Tkachyov Alexey (2003 — state Duma Deputy) and their father Nicholas (died in 2014), the current ownership structure is not officially disclosed.
