Krasnoyarsk territory Governor Viktor Tolokonsky held in the regional government meeting on promotion of production of local agricultural producers on the Russian market.

The Governor said: when it comes to the development of agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk territory, you need to keep in mind not only increasing the volume of agricultural products produced in the region, but also its markets, stimulating demand, and both domestic and foreign markets.

According to the Minister of agriculture of region Leonid shorohova, activities aimed at the solution of these tasks are now carried out. Now, the Minister said, a bet on a price increase the market competitiveness of food production in the region, strengthened marketing meroprity, increased the number of tenders for the supply of products in the budget of the organization to local farmers.

In the retail networks of Krasnoyarsk the share of local products in recent years has increased from 18 to 35%, now the regional government is negotiating with the 13 municipalities of the region concerning that and there in commercial networks the priority was given to products produced in the region.

The meeting also discussed the prospects of development of regional logistic centres which could sell their products, even a small fermerskie economy and thus find its consumer. In addition, the plans of a conclusion of production of the Krasnoyarsk APK to the markets of other Russian regions, and possibly exporting it abroad.
