Lactalis has acquired the Norman cheesemaking Fromagerie E. Graindorge. The transaction amount is unknown. The company strengthens its position in the market of Lactalis cheese of France.

In Graindorge employs 250 employees. The company processes about 45 million liters of milk per year. 116 the milk is supplied by local farmers. The company has three production sites and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 50 million. the contract stipulates that Lactalis retains the identity of the purchased company with the preservation of jobs.
