VTB was one of the first to work under the program of SME Corporation. For six months, signed contracts with 50 companies, now in Blagoveshchensk discusses a number of applications of the Amur enterprises.

"Contrary to popular belief, agriculture in Russia is quite profitable. We are actively working with industry, support agriculture is a priority for VTB in the region", — said the Director of the operational office of VTB in Blagoveshchensk Yulia Tishchenko.

For farmers of the region available funding under the program of SME Corporation, which is being implemented jointly with the Bank of Russia.

— This support programme is a unique opportunity for business of the Amur region to low interest rates loan of up to 1 billion rubles for a period up to 7 years for purposes of acquisition of fixed assets, modernization of production or investment purposes. Limit of 1 billion rubles operates within single loan, that is, every borrower can get multiple loans if funds are required more, — said Yulia Tishchenko.

VTB was one of the first to work on this program and now leads in the volume of loans (for the six months concluded the credit agreement with 50 companies, medium business for a total amount of 10 billion rubles, of which it has already provided loans worth 5 billion rubles).

In the Amur region in the framework of the SME Corporation in may, was granted funding in the amount of 100 million rubles, LLC "Soya" for a period of 3 years at a discount rate of 11% per annum. The company "Soya" is engaged in cultivation of grain and leguminous crops in the region. The funds used for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, which will allow the company to more than a quarter, namely, on 5 hectares, to increase their acreage and increase production of soybeans and other marketable crops.

According to Yulia Tyshchenko, now VTB in Blagoveshchensk is considering a number of applications of the Amur enterprises for funding under this program, which include applications from farmers.
