The meeting approved the annual report for the year 2015 and annual accounting (financial) statements for 2015. The shareholders took the decision on distribution of net profit of JSC "UGC" by results of 2015, including sending 836,9 million rubles for the dividend payment that will be 119,054253992 rubles per one share placed, the financing of the investment program of JSC "UGC" in the volume 359,6 million rubles, and also 321,7 million rubles - to the reserve Fund.

In addition, the shareholders approved the members of the auditing Commission consisting of 3 persons and auditors of JSC "UGC" for 2016.

The results of the vote formed a new Board of Directors, which included:

• Maslennikov, Aleksandr Vladimirovich, Director of Department of development of sectors of economy the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation;
