This Saturday residents and visitors of the city of Saratov, resting in the National village, one day could become impartial tasters of the traditional Russian dish - okroshka, which represents summer. Prepared according to different recipes with different methods of presentation, the hash became a symbol for vacationers this weekend.

The festival was organized by the public relations Committee and national policy, GUSO "the Center of support of national cultures", publishing house "Komsomolskaya Pravda in Saratov".

Hodgepodge for tourists on this day was prepared by the team of the Public chamber of the region of "Crazy house", "League of strong men" Federation of a power extreme, the team of journalists "media", folklore ensemble "Courage" Bazarno-Karabulakskiy district and team partners of the contest "Molvest".
